Odette Gonzalez, LCSW

I help women heal from trauma, abuse, and life's most difficult transitions so they can regain their confidence, find emotional peace, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. Whether you're navigating motherhood, anxiety, depression, or the lasting effects of past experiences, I'll provide a safe, compassionate space where healing is possible.

My Story

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and earned my Master’s in 2010
from The Warden School of Social Work at Our Lady of the Lake University in San
Antonio, Texas. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a specialization in
Criminal Justice from Texas Lutheran University.

My work in the social work field has led my passion in advocating and
empowering survivors of abuse. I have dedicated my time serving vulnerable
populations in agencies like CASA of San Antonio and The Battered Women’s Shelter.
I have worked in several diverse clinical settings - behavioral hospitals, children’s hospitals and private practice.

I am passionate about helping women find hope and healing after life's most difficult experiences. I specialize in working with women who have experienced trauma, abuse, anxiety, and depression, providing a safe, compassionate space where clients can process their experiences without fear of judgment.

I believe that while trauma may shape your story, it does not have to define your future. Using a collaborative and trauma-informed approach, I help clients rebuild self-worth, establish healthy boundaries, develop effective coping skills, and regain a sense of confidence and peace.

Whether you're healing from an unhealthy relationship, recovering from past abuse, or navigating emotional challenges that feel overwhelming, I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way. My goal is to empower women to move beyond surviving and toward a life marked by resilience, healing, and hope.

Odette considers it a privilege to be part of each client's journey and strives to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and genuine care.

In her free time, she enjoys time with her husband and daughter and their French
bulldog, Zeus. She prioritizes relaxing at the beach, coffee dates with her besties
and quality time with her sisters.
