What People in Killeen Come to Us For

In Central Texas, people often come to us about academic and career pressure, life transitions, anxiety, and, in military communities, the stress that deployments and moves place on families.

Whatever brings you in, you will be matched with a clinician whose focus fits. Guiding Hope works with teens and adults on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, stress and burnout, relationships, and pregnancy and postpartum mental health, and offers LGBTQIA+ affirming care and therapy in American Sign Language.

Getting Started From Killeen

Guiding Hope is in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and UnitedHealthcare. Coverage varies from plan to plan, so it is worth confirming your benefits before your first session. If you are out of network, the practice can provide a superbill you may be able to submit for reimbursement.

The first step is a free consultation. It is a short conversation where you can say what is going on, ask how online sessions work, and hear which clinician may be the best fit. There is no obligation, and you do not need to have the right words ready.
